Noob vaper of 3 weeks in south carolina

hi guys, sobriquet here, aka modestneophyte on vapetv, vapelair, and youtube. I'm 27, in lexington, SC, and I deliver for domino's pizza. I've been vaping for 3 weeks and I am very nearly about to go postal because the vendors I have ordered from seem to be really freaking lazy, and the sole reason I'm out of nic... I'm starting to wonder if dealing with these vendors is worth it.

Are there any vendors out there that seriously don't suck as far as processing an order and shipping out quickly? OR, is there any way to find juice locally to purchase in person?

I'm on the crappy 510 right now with standard atty and this laughable 180 mah battery.. I'm waiting on a 1000 mah ego ptc, a boge lr 510 cartomizer, 5pk of smoketec's dual coil cartomizers, delrin drip tips, bounty hunter, and 3 different juices from madvapes.. i ordered everything before or on friday morning... and nothing is here. my skin is crawling cause i've run out of e-juice so eh.. what am I to do? SMOKE?

the 3 vendors i ordered from are vaporheads, madvapes, and avidvaper.. all of which I was told by fellow vapers that they are awesome.. now i'm starting to hear otherwise.. I'm learning that I can't trust as many people who claim to be knowledgable vapers as i thought.. how to i separate the fanboys from the everyday good vapers...?
