No. not 21+ Its at a Pool Hall where they have a Bar in the facility. You just have to be 18+ to use your PV or E-Cig at the Meet Up. and of course 21+to be able to drink.

(but everyone pretty much already knows that) just sayin for the record.

I'm gonna bring some juices I recently got, but dont really care for myself. Ya I made the mistake of getting tabacco flavored juices, just not for me. Might even be rockin my new ego by then.
