NoVA Vaper here! Gainesville representing :D

I wish there were more vape stores. As of now, I must venture out to Herndon/Arlington/Annandale... which is a bit of a drive in my Jeep.

Your avatar picture is awesome. Almost reminds me of the blobfish, hahaha.

Seems that these stores keep popping up and are getting closer and closer to me, hah. Now I just need one in Alexandria. Falls Church is close enough though.

Am I the only one worried about how many and how rapidly these stores are opening? Hate to be the pessimist but with such rapid expansion comes the risk of equally rapid collapse. Now granted I work night shifts so I don't get to see the crowds in these places during prime time. I've already taken a liking to the shop in Annandale since it's a) closer and b) has the juices I enjoy. Then again, I don't believe in paying $11 for a 5 pack of protank coils.

I live just across the river in MD, so the My Vapez Lounge in Arlington is my closest B&M. I visited them for the first time yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. The guys there were friendly and helpful and they had a great juice sampling station set up. The juices were a bit pricey in comparison to online shops, but being able to sample right there them made it easy to spend the money on some new flavors. They had some high end stuff and all the regular accessories one would expect. I'll definitely be going back when I need to resupply!

It's a little bit farther for you, but I'd recommend stopping by Vaperz in Annandale as well. (A couple blocks east of 495 on Little River Turnpike.) They've got some great premium juices for sale & sampling, including Five Pawns, Jameson, Suicide Bunny, Velvet Cloud, and others. The folks I've met there are really nice.

VA/DC/MD Area
Nice to see some action in this DMV area! Place has been dead for years.

My Vapez is home base for me. Love them. Vaperz Inc in Annandale is also fantastic. Great people. Vapevine in MD has an awesome selection and another batch of good folks. Kind of a hike for me, though... took me about an hour. Wound up lost in the hood in Baltimore. GPS is trying to kill me, I swear.

Vapor Studio jussssssst opened yesterday in Sterling... 19 Wirt Strreet SW Unit Leesburg, Virginia 20176. High end juices (Jameson, Standard, Suicide Bunny) and mods as well as some entry level stuff.

Proud of you, Northern VA! : D

Going to have to check the new shop out. As for the My Vapez location in Herndon, maybe I just keep going in there at a bad time, but I'm thoroughly turned off. I remember checking out their case with a few mods, RBAs and whatnot, the girl behind the counter said, "Oh those are for bands and stuff." Really? An RSST would be for musicians only? Please. I asked another person why they didn't sell cartomizers. Their response? "Oh they're too hard to prime."

Yeah. I went in looking for a cheap dripping atty not long ago-- I wanted something to use for sampling at Vapercon. Not an RDA, just a cheap, premade dripping atty. The problem wasn't that they didn't have any (that's common enough) but that the three employees who were there at the time had no earthly idea what I was talking about. No amount of explaining and describing helped.

I still like My Vapez and would gladly give it a decent review anywhere, but they do have some weaknesses. :)
