I first ordered from here a couple months back. Got a 510 kit, some juice, some PCCs. Everything arrived within 1-2 days of ordering and in proper working condition. I thought I had a problem with one of the atties that came with the kit, and Myer sent me TWO new atties without question. There was another instance where he gave me a credit when he felt I was unsatisfied (I'm a tough customer 
). I just received an order of juice to find a complimentary 30mL bottle (awesome). His contact with me has been excellent as well and answers any questions I have within a few hours.
This guy just knows customer service. Other people praise certain vendors for customer service, but I've dealt with said vendors and was pleased, but wouldn't praise them for just being polite and responsive. Myer has gone the extra mile to keep me as a customer and that is why he's my main supplier now.
