Tim does such an excellent job of keeping his customers happy.
I ordered 2 eGo Twist Kits and one of them wasn't the right kit, well, Tim had me send it back while he sent me a replacement. He also reimbursed me for my shipping.
Second, two of the clearomizers had problems and Tim was nice enough to send me replacements for both! Amazing customer service on his end.
Furthermore, when they're in stock, any order has samples that are 3 mL each and you can pick up to 5!!!!
I want to give this guy all the praise I can for making me such a happy customer. Kudos to you sir!
