I just wanted give a high five to Northwest Vapors. I bought a KGo kit from them last week and the power button went sideways on me. I called the number and talked to Bill...no questions asked, he said he'd put a replacement in the mail straight away. Somehow, I didn't even need an order number....he probably just looked up my name. But in any case, the call lasted no more than 2 or 3 minutes and I was taken care of.
