Has anyone here ever tried flavorings from Northwest? Supposedly all VG, but I haven't found much info other than some of their offerings on ecigexpress.

Most of the flavors for sale on ECE are saying to use at either 2-4% or 4-7%. I'm thinking they are less concentrated than FA, but more so then TPA/TFA or CAP?

I've never used all VG flavorings & would think they'd either have to be really concentrated or you might need to use more than one flavorings with more alcohol or PG.

No. There are at least 4 major blenders who offer VG flavorings.
Since VG is a poor carrier of flavor compared to PG, I would go with 4-7% figure.
VG flavoring are use mainly by folks who have a low or zero tolerance aversion to PG in their flavorings.
