I've read other reviews and people seem to be pretty happy with Cig easy, and I don't want to drag their name through the mud, but my experience has not been that great.
I ordered a starter kit from them, 2 batts, a ppc some carts and a bottle of juice. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but one of the batts wouldn't work or take a charge. when I tried to draw on it, even after a full nights charge the led popped on (not fading up as it should) stayed on for 3 seconds (max draw time) and popped off (again, not fading). I dropped a line to cigeasy to let them know about the problem.
They didn't get back to me for a week, and in the mean time the other battery had failed in the exact same way.
I'm not saying cigeasy sells bad product, I understand that sometimes these things happen (bad batches, rough handling during shipping, whatever). The week long response time bugged me a little bit though, and I'm kind of finicky about these sorts of things. I went ahead and ordered a started kit from vapor 4 life (which works fantastically, I especially like the longer draw time) and let cig easy know that I wanted to return the batteries and PPC for a partial refund (partial because I had used the carts and the liquid). I have still not received a response, it has been 3 weeks since my last email. I even called and left a message this and have still not been contacted.
So here I am, I know that the owner is active on the forums, and hope this catches his attention. Please get in touch with me as we need to work this out. I really want to edit this post with an update of how we worked this out and there are no hard feelings and all that sort of stuff, but you actually have to reply to my emails in order to make that happen.
