Not enjoying my liquids and started smoking anologues again :(

Hi everyone, I've been following posts on this forum for some time but this is my first post which you might find UK specific but this is the only place I'm allowed to post.

I gave up smoking using Vapourlites (16mg tobacco), I then bought an Ego-C and some liquids and a CE4 clearomizer. I bought 10 different Titan liquids from Totally Wicked (5 of which were tobacco flavours). I'm finding all of them to have a funny sweet after-taste which I don't like.

Can anyone recommend a liquid I can buy in the UK which I'm going to enjoy as much as I did with the Vapourlite cartomizers?

It happened to me to, don't give up and order more juices. Sample packs are the best way to try many different flavors, I have 21 bottles at the moment and I've only been vaping for 15 days. I've already found 3 I really like and a few occasional ones, so just keep at it!

Keep researching the EFC. Go to Forums, scroll about a third of the way down, and under National Forums is a UK Forum. Try small bottles and/or samples from various vendors until you find one you like. Search the General E-Liquid Discussions Forum for Ideas. That's where I found out about Heather's Heavenly Vapes, my current favorite vendor, out of Georgia (US). Trial and error is pretty much standard with vaping as all tastes are subjective. Just don't give up ! After 40 years of tobacco Vaping is a God-Send for me, and I truly hope you will find the right equipment/ juices that will make vaping enjoyable for you too !

We aren't in UK but we have been vaping only a few months, but it was really hard in the begining. (my hubby was a total jerk) we both smoked non-menthol cigarettes before we went to vaping (my husband full flavor, me ultra light) we started out with "tobacco" flavors as well but found they didn't hit the spot because the "after taste" was sweet and didn't feel like i'd hit a cigarette. We bought a menthol flavor to try, and it was strange at first but eventually it gives that more satisfying cigarette feeling to us. (maybe because the menthol hits the throat harder, and is less sweet.) Now the only juices we like are Newport and Salem flavored. Every place is different (our local supplier who just went out of business had the best one ever) but we eventually found good stuff online too. I suggest trying a menthol, even if you never smoked it before it might grow on you like it did for us. Now we can't smoke anything else. (we do occasionally mix a little ry4 in with the menthol to level out tobacco flavor with the menthol too.) hope this helps!

oh also every time we order we get a "strange" sample flavor.
we've gotten vanilla, rootbeer, red hots etc.. WE HATE THEM ALL
i know some people swear by these weird flavors, but in our experience we want to smoke a "cigarette" not a piece of candied air lol. Just our personal experience of course, but yeah wish there was a place to donate junk juices you didn't like eh?

Thanks all, I've been an asthmatic smoker for 25 years so I will definitely try more liquids to keep the cost down (compared to pre-filled cartomizers), any more suggestions? I will buy menthol to try. Has anyone found a tobacco flavour they like?

Check and see if Volcano e-cigs will mail to the UK. If so they have a regular tobacco flavor that tastes strongly of tobacco without the sweetness that the tobacco pure has (which i personally like). Order a sample of that and give it a try. If they are a no go try Tennessee Original from Mountain Oak Vapors. It's very cig like without sweet aftertaste... at least not to me it doesn't.

A couple of my favourite tobacco flavours are Black Cat from Vape Escape & Drum from paradise Vapes. However, it really is difficult recommending e-liquids as everyone's tastes are so different.

Hey dirtymoon, I love Virginia by VapeEscape which has a honey-ish taste... I'm also using Marlboro from Smoke-Electronic-Cigarettes which tastes beautifully nutty and today I bought some Hangsen Storm from Health-evape which is quite nutty and very, very tasty. I'm told (I'm quite new to this as well) that NOTHING will ever taste like anologues but there are some are better than others. I would email VapeEscape and see what they can recommend but buy small bottles to try out. Also, if you want to try Menthol, I have a 30ml bottle gathering dust as it was sent by mistake so I got it free. If you want it, it's yours.x

I Just found a new vapor online here in the forum from my state and donated all the flavors I had tried and didn't like as well as some I do like but have bigger bottles of. He was thrilled to get to try 25 samples he didn't have to pay for and ended up loving1of the vendors! It costmea whole 5 bucks to pay it forward...maybe you can find a newbie on here and send them all the stuff you don't care for and save them some $$?

I don't know if this suggestion would be much help but here goes...
When I was feeling I wanted a ciggy taste I go for the high mg (24mg) unflavored nic juice. It doesn't taste like tobacco at all; it doesn't taste like anything but the higher nic (more throat hit) was what did it for me.
Its been a while since I vaped tobacco juices, tho
