I've been vaping for about a month with my Joye 510 and I enjoy it and everything, but there is something missing from a normal cigarette: I do not get a buzz or any other feeling. It is as if I am not smoking at all. I was able to quit smoking for about 2 weeks before I started bumming a cig here and there because with a cig I'll actually get a buzz. The liquid I'm using is 12mg (Basic Liquid from Cignot "Forbidden" VG, I would post a link to it but I can't).

My question is: Am I the only one who doesn't feel anything? Or is this normal? Do I need to buy a higher dose of nicotine? Before I quit smoking I was smoking Marlboro lights (around 5 - 10 a day).

THANKS!

The more 'smoke' the better. Are there liquids that produce more than others?

Yes, Vg produces more vapor, but the taste is so weak. I really like the V4L premium juices, imo they have excellent flavor with outstanding vapor.

The VG you use probably produces the most vapor, I would not be surprised that is the reason now you want the flavor and strength.

Also keep in mind that the buzz you get from a tobacco cigarette can also be a side effect of your brain receiving other things besides nicotine. Carbon monoxide for example. If you still feel the need for nicotine, definitely up your mgs but realize that you may never get the same exact feeling from the e-cig because the other 4000 chemicals just aren't there. In the first couple of days I came really close to making myself nico-sick without ever achieving the buzz. Dizzy yes, buzz, no. Read up on the effects of overdosing carefully and watch for the signs (jitters, headache, nausea, etc.) when you get a higher mg. You can do a search of the forums down at the bottom left hand corner, there are several threads on nic OD.

Same with me mate. Tried up to 38mg liquid and still find the buzz better from a good analog. Now only using my PV as a, fill in the gaps between real cigs. But i guess it all helps to cut down, one-way or the other.

Sorry my reply was so brief...the forum has been failing me today and just wanted to see if it worked first.

Personally, I love Tastyvapor.us stuff and they allow you to customize your VG:pG mix. I found 80% PG / 20% VG to be great. Lots of vapor, good throat hit and flavor. Once you know you like a flavor you can go to town using the doublers (same flavor, no nicotine to cut a high nic mix of same flavor) too to make it very economical. I plan to use the doubler to gradually reduce my nicotine requirement.

Someone else mentioned vaporbomb.com earlier today and they seem to be another great juice source with custom PG/VG mix, though I have not yet bought from them...but I will.
