Heya, I don't know if I messed up my new e-cig or not. I'm using both the M601 and M602... well I was.. I plug them both in, the manual into the wall charger and the automatic in the USB charger.. I left one in for a while, the blue light came on when I plugged it in.. after a while it started blinking (the blue light on the charger) I can't seem to find what that means. I try to vape, wanting some nicotene right about now... and I can't seem to get it going. The light lights up, the vaporizer turns on ( I pulled the cartridge off and checked).. I should have plenty of fluid in the cart, atomizer shouldn't be dry at all... but I don't get a good hit. Did I put too much juice onto the atomizer? Did I not charge this thing long enough? Did the atty die? I have two atomizers and two batteries (the automatic and the manual) and they just stopped working.

Edit: Atomizer isn't turning red every time I puff or press on the button.

I don't have either of those models...but, here goes;

Did it create vapor at all?

For how long?

If it was for more than just a few minutes--it's not the battery.

It could be several things.

1. Low batteries.
2. Atomizer not getting hot enough.
3. The filler material in your cartridge might be too short and is not touching the Atomizer.

On my 510 charger;

The charger has a red light that comes on as soon as you screw in a dead battery. After a while the red light begins blinking. Then it blinks red and then green. When it stops blinking (about an hour or two) it is a solid green. This means the battery is charged.

When I screw the battery into the charger it has a blue LED (light) that blinks blue several times then goes off.

Did it create vapor at all? It does off and on.

For how long? I would say 1-3 seconds.. don't get a full draw. More like a whisp..

If it was for more than just a few minutes--it's not the battery.

It could be several things. (We'll try to figure this out; with utmost respect)

1. Low batteries. - I think the batteries will blink (the cherry) when low.

2. Atomizer not getting hot enough. - It's glowing red.

3. The filler material in your cartridge might be too short and is not touching the Atomizer. - Should it be directly touching the atomizer? Would that not burn the material? It's a plasticy type filler.. didn't know if there should be space or not.

Update: I have got some drags with the automatic on a soaking wet filler that should be touching the atomizer... maybe this was it. Still, the performance isn't the same as yesterday and most of today. Something is off. Did I flood the atomizer?

Ok, it was a weak battery combined with flooded atomizer combined with the filler not touching the atomizer.... Was very frustrating.

After the juice burned off of the atomizer I realized the automatic had charged for a little while longer.

Finally have one battery to work with, and two (thank god) working atomizers. Thank you for the quick response, I'll get this figured out soon enough. The scare got me wanting to pick up some more gear.. thinking about ordering a couple more atomizers and then getting a different setup altogether. Shopping around and can see how this is something I can get into.

my 510 does this, may have flooded the atomizer, I have an issue now where it just makes alot of bubbling it will produce vapor if I hold it for a long time but almost all the vapor is flavorless or something I went and blue it out and probably a teaspoon of liquid poor into a paper towel and got into my eyes and nose

now I have ........ and vomiting but the e-cig tastes better.

last sentence was a joke.

I've had my DSE901 for about 4 weeks, and very happy with it, I have stopped smoking entirely.

Today, my atomiser stopped working, after it apparently got hot, made the battery blink orange, then; nothing.

What gives with that?

I bought my kit from awesomevapor.com, who only gives a 14 day warranty on these things, and is now out of stock entirely.

Is this a normal lifetime for a vaporiser? I go through a battery charge a day.

Are there different manufacturers for these units? Any more reliable than others?

The vaporiser looks intact, still lights the battery when I hit it, but no vapour.

Anyone know where I can get another?

Anyone know how to fix these?

Thanks.

Arno at yourlastcig.com just wrote back, he said he's shipping me out another atty, which is awesome. I'll just order a few to keep handy in the future.

I'm back to smoking black&milds in the meantime, bleh. How did I ever smoke these for years?

I soaked my old atty in near boiling white vinegar, it's still dead cold.

What happens to them to make them stop working? I was just puffin away as usual, when suddenly the light started blinking orange and no more vapour.
