I ordered for the 1st time from Ms T's on Jan 24th...still waiting for fulfillment of the order! I have ordered from 2 other vendors since then and have recieved my stuff in 2-3 days. All I can say is that I hope what I ordered will be worth the wait! I do realize she mixes them herself so naturally they will take longer...):

I placed my order on Jan. 27th and it is still awaiting fulfillment. I would advise anyone that needs juice in a hurry not to order from Ms. T's. I know "it's worth the wait" and all that but I don't think a credit card should be charged if it's going to take over 1 week to get to the pending stage and then shipping stage. She has posted on her site she has started on order#7078 at last update 1/3 and my order is #7155. This is too long to wait for me. I realize she is a one woman show but isn't Don at BWB a one man show? Just sayin.......I've ordred from 6 other juice vendors recommended here and none of them were this slow. I won't be ordering from her again. Everyone should be aware of how long it takes to get their order and then decide if it is worth the wait IMO.

I wouldn't dream of ordering my juice from anyone else - wait considered. Her flavors aren't just good, they are a necessity in my house.

I know she's had some delays recently owing to illness, a website re-configure, and massive amounts of snow (Maine, anyone?). Long turnovers are NOT her standard operating procedure by any shot. She's still trying to get caught up and ahead of the game.

I've been at this for almost a year (Feb 18 is my one year date), so I've gotten pretty good at predicting my needs and ordering before there's a crisis. Ms. T's is the ONLY juice I use, and I haven't run out yet. Sorry you guys happened to try Ms. T's at a busy, frustrating time, but I promise you it'll be worth the wait!

I'm waiting on my first order from her. Usually I wouldn't tolerate this long of a wait from a vendor, but since she's a small business owner dealing with illness and horrible weather I can understand. I do think she should wait until an order is shipped or at least being processed to charge credit/debit cards. From my experience, most business don't charge until your order is shipped.
