It seems to be a matter of bad luck, I noticed my package has slipped through both customs (China and Australia) in a timely matter, and now is in the country. I know there's a degree of risk (still quite low), of being return...and usually it's the distributor who has to wear the costs. It's beyond their control.
Customs is not going to announce to the public, they're going to crack down on suspicious liquids, during the week...they'll do it under stealth, and E-liquid isn't widly known, so they'll most likely do the 'better to be safe then sorry', confiscate or return.
I know a few distubitors that won't deliever to Australia, because our customs have returned the package (never to sure of the circumstances, I mean if your trying to get in bulk, then that's stupid). Not sure if Health Cabin has had this problem with Aust...but I'm happy that they deliever here.
