Not happy in VA

I ordered during CNY, thinking I would get my order shortly after they got back from their holiday. I put my order in 2/12, it was shipped 2/24, returned to HC and reshipped 3/6. This is the second time (the first being over Thanksgiving) it will take a month to get my order from HC. I'm not happy. So not happy, I'm looking for another supplier.

I am very sorry for the long delay and unexpected problem. we did not mean to let you down. but something out of our control happened. :(

last week some of our packages via china registered airmail had problems getting through our customs because the customs did a sudden big inspection and returned almost all packages including ejuice or batteries that are not allowed to be shipped out by air.

we repackaged all packages overnight and resent them on the following day. all of them have passed through our customs smoothly.

normally it takes 20-40 days to get most countries in the world via china registered airmail, much slower than via EMS, because airmail is not on the list of priority for post office, customs and airplane company in almost all countries.

I really hope that you can feel better after you get your order after a long waiting. :)

It seems to be a matter of bad luck, I noticed my package has slipped through both customs (China and Australia) in a timely matter, and now is in the country. I know there's a degree of risk (still quite low), of being return...and usually it's the distributor who has to wear the costs. It's beyond their control.

Customs is not going to announce to the public, they're going to crack down on suspicious liquids, during the week...they'll do it under stealth, and E-liquid isn't widly known, so they'll most likely do the 'better to be safe then sorry', confiscate or return.

I know a few distubitors that won't deliever to Australia, because our customs have returned the package (never to sure of the circumstances, I mean if your trying to get in bulk, then that's stupid). Not sure if Health Cabin has had this problem with Aust...but I'm happy that they deliever here.

we have no problems sending orders through customs in Australia so far. :)

I am not blaming health cabin I know they can not control how the mail works. Just getting a little impatient that I have still not received my order that I ordered on Feb. 17th and according to the tracking if I understand it correctily its been in the states now since the 9th. So I dont know what the hold up is.

I have waited on them having to resend because it was sent back to them and now its sitting in the states somewhere not moving according to tracking since the 9th really frustrating NOT Healthcabins fault though.

How do I get a tracking number from HC? My account says the items were reshipped 3/6, today is 3/17. I still do not have a tracking number!

we sent a tracking number with the reshipping notice by email. :)

you can also request the tracking number again by emailing to sales@healthcabin.net.
