Yay, I just got my reshipped package today. But the mail tracking site says it's still in Shenzen? Oh well. I was hoping that Amy would have thrown in a free eGo to make up for it, but darn it!!!!

That is so great to hear. Hopefully since you got yours maybe I will get mine soon then, since my tracking thing says its in the same place as yours. Shenzen lol...

Sigh, I've gotten nothing. No order, and no tracking number. Amy, I requested my tracking number in an email yesterday and have not gotten a reply. I don't know what else to do. How come everyone gets great CS from healthcabin but moi?

It's been a month since I ordered and the tracking says it's still sitting in Shenzhen

I think I'm just a bit closer to China than you guys...once it clears customs it only takes a day or so to be delivered, since Vancouver is the major point of entry into the country from China. Don't give up hope! Yours should be there soon

Thats why I only order from US companies because of that stupid customs. But if the government can't contol things they're just not happy. It's not fair to international vendors.

To me, the United States and China are both foreign countries, so there's no real advantage to ordering from the US. They both have to come through customs.

I actually find ordering from China to be cheaper and faster than most orders from the US. And many US vendors won't even sell to us up here in the frozen north!
