That said - yeah, I'd use one of the business cards they inserted in the order before I got all frownie-face on the forums. They are well-known and well-regarded for MORE than repairing a screwed-up order.

I know this doesn't help you resolve your present issues instantly, but if you've not seen the other thread - their growth has gone literally exponential. That kind of growth causes serious pains for any business and their very survival is dependent upon how they address the exception cases like what you appear to have experienced.

Use the business card that came in your order. Contact them. I'm betting you find they bend-over backwards and twist themselves into pretzels to make it good. If they don't - well I think that's when I'd get all forum.frownie-faced

Have you asked them directly about this? Have you PM'd them? Called them? Emailed them?

Yes i just emailed them.

I ordered leafords sampler but got just 2 of the items that are supposed be with it...so i guess in theory i did receive 5 free cartridges but that is not what i ordered so am not very happy about it.

Good for you. Now give them a little time to get back to you and I'm confident it will all work out to your satisfaction. If not, then, after trying the proper avenues first, then post your unhappiness here.
