Not happy!

Damn! been waiting for my catos and new xl case and other battery. V4L sent the shipping notice email out the same day i ordered. Usually it always comes in 2 or less days. But since wednesday the tracking number still says the shipping info was recieved electronically but doesnt say it was sorted anywhere yet. I figured this was just usps being dumb but no. It isnt here today! What gives?! I know its all the usps but man I hate thinking im gonna get something cool today and nothing! Plus I have no more good cartos. They are all messed up! I was hoping to get brand new ones today. Anyonw know the process for boiling cartos. I havent ever tried it whats the quickest way?? I need fresh ones before i smoke one of my gf's analogs!

USPS sucks man.. Sorry.

You don't have to boil your cartos.. Just take one, rinse it under hot tap water, blow it out, put 20-30 drops in it and vape away!

1. Take the plastic caps/rubber off the end
2. Boil water
3. Put water in bowl
4. Blow out your cartomizers for excess liquid for about 10 seconds each
5. Put them in boiling water to let sit for awhile
6. Remove cartomizers, blow out for about 30 seconds each
7. Lay on papertowel to dry. If you are in a hurry, use a blowdryer on the batting.

Refill and go.

It is slow this week. I placed an order last Sunday, got an email on Tuesday that it shipped and I still don't have it. I know you feel, it sucks when you are waiting for package and it doesn't arrive. USPS says it's in Charlotte, N.C. and since I am in VA, I seriously doubt I am getting it tomorrow. Maybe Monday or Tuesday...........

Hey Brandnew I feel ya. I ordered Wed too. Got the shipping notice Wed. afternoon from V4L with the tracking number, and USPS site is telling me the same thing. USPS is on my poop poop list for now. I used to work for them, so I know how things should work. Somebody isn't doing their job right.

Well I ordered on tuesday and it was shipped the same day but the tracking order said this morning it was in Denver Co on the 10th, never have had this happen before, always get my package in 2 or 3 day's, has to be the USPS, and I'm waiting for my new XL. O please be here tomorrow.

I ordered MONDAY.....my package of joy went through a processing facility about 2 hours from my house Wednesday at 9...and then it vanished.

I'm completely out.....trying to smoke analogs before I hurt someone.. and they are NASTY. Who knew three weeks could change my tastebuds so much???

Perhaps it's time to give customers another choice of common carrier - UPS or FedEx Ground.

USPS tracking info is really not a great "tracking" tool. Usually the notices I get emailed to me don't have any updates to them at all until very late the night before they go out for local delivery.

V4L always does a great job getting my supplies to me though. Less than 48hours & it's in the mail & typical 2-3 day shipping time. Its always been less than a week from order placement to delivery. That's hard to beat!

Mine went from not-picked-up straight to delivered, but not until two days after I was vaping on it...

My order shipped on the 10th with no tracking update until this AM (march 12) - the update says it has been sorted and ready for delivery on the 13th

Yet it was at my door today.

Just spoke with my buddy that I turned on 2 weeks ago. He placed on order on Saturday. V4L indicated it was shipped on Wednesday, Priority Mail. The USPS says "Electronic Shipping Info Received". Now he is almost totally out of everything and is starting to get ....... Even if by some miracle, he gets his order on Saturday, that would be a solid week - not good enough in my book.

I told him that ordering this E-cig stuff is a total crap shoot and he better order 2 weeks in advance and have at least a month's worth of supplies. Fortunately, I have 3 months of supplies and will let him borrow from me. My other buddy has already gone through this twice and I have helped him out of his jam both times.

I'm sorry, but 7 days to get supplies from Chicago to Atlanta is not good enough....we need other shipping options - please!

LOL UPS Updates their tracking as much as i update my MySpace... whats it been now... hmm i was in highschool in 2004 sooooo 6 years?

I still have packages that are marked as In-rout or say they are just now leaving.

The longest i ever had to wait was about a week but the last couple of packages showed up in 2 days.

The shipping from V4L is still some of the fastest i get and the customer service is A+.

I am new to vaping and all 3 of my batteries (different model) died this week; I am back to smoking analogs and I have my very first bottle of flavored juice (TV Butter Rum) sitting here unused.

Sigh...it's good to know that I am not alone, though, I was thinking maybe its because I live in "small town " SC. Hope everybody gets their stuff TODAY!

You only ordered 3 days ago. USPS does not always scan when they get the package, it is extremely unreliable, my bet is you get it today or monday depending on how fast USPS moves their butts.

Glad you posted this... I had an order shipped Wed. and mine also says info received and that's it... nothing else. I've been ordering from V4L for two months now and never had this issue. I've been a little stressed over the situation. I just keep telling myself that it's USPS and my package could be at my door any day. *fingers crossed*
