not intended for sale in the united states?

I have since upgraded to the 510, BUT I started with Smoke Fifty-One Duo,from Vapor-Corp.com , and on the 5 pack of cartrdiges(Atomized refill filters)(these are already filled and disposable)there is a sticker on it that says "NOT INTENDED FOR SALE IN THE UNITED STATES" it also says made in china, , but should I be freaking out ?? why is this 'not intended for' sticker on my 5 pack of cartridges? (I dont plan on getting any more, just using up what I have and loving my 510 !)

I saw those 51 at the smoke shop today. I will have to go take another look at them to see if there marked that way. I can't believe how much the wanted for those things. I'm glad I found ECF.
