I called this company 2 weeks ago and left a message that I wanted to order some cartridges from them, they called back shortly and answered a cpl questions, told me their cartridges would fit my Optima cig (website states they have better replacements for the Optima) as long as I bought their adapter. I started calling them right after I ordered as the order never gave me the opportunity to select the flavor, even though they charged my CC. Then, when I rec'd the order the adapter didn't fit the Optima, I've been calling them all last week, and emailing them begging for a phone call/email back for some help. I have not got a call back except for the original call 2 weeks ago. They just emailed me a request to review their product, I did and explained my situation (i.e.-not a good review), we'll see if they post it on their website along with the other good reviews they've rec'd. And yes, after reading on this site I found a better cig (the volt) which I'm going to order when I get paid tomorrow, but it amazes me they would not get back to someone that spent almost $40 with their co and wasn't able to use their product, wouldn't recommend using this site to order anything, although I believe they nay be a member of this site as I searched for them and read several posts with the sites name in a members signature.
