Not so good experience with ordering through electroniccigarettesfast.com

I called this company 2 weeks ago and left a message that I wanted to order some cartridges from them, they called back shortly and answered a cpl questions, told me their cartridges would fit my Optima cig (website states they have better replacements for the Optima) as long as I bought their adapter. I started calling them right after I ordered as the order never gave me the opportunity to select the flavor, even though they charged my CC. Then, when I rec'd the order the adapter didn't fit the Optima, I've been calling them all last week, and emailing them begging for a phone call/email back for some help. I have not got a call back except for the original call 2 weeks ago. They just emailed me a request to review their product, I did and explained my situation (i.e.-not a good review), we'll see if they post it on their website along with the other good reviews they've rec'd. And yes, after reading on this site I found a better cig (the volt) which I'm going to order when I get paid tomorrow, but it amazes me they would not get back to someone that spent almost $40 with their co and wasn't able to use their product, wouldn't recommend using this site to order anything, although I believe they nay be a member of this site as I searched for them and read several posts with the sites name in a members signature.

Hi and welcome to the forum.....Try and stick with vendors that advertise here. They have been approved by ECF. Good luck!!

Thx for the Welcome, and good advice, I didn't stumble upon this ECF till after I ordered through both Optima (yea, I learned about the experiences with free trials) and Electroniccigarettesfast, would like to use the cartridges I bought from them (cost me close to $40) but it doesn't look like its going to happen. I'm going to order a Volt cig and cartridges from SI after reading through ECF.

Yes, havn't been here long enough to know the difference, but when I searched their name, I found a lot of posts where they are advertising their products quite a bit, but they are not on the ECF Vendors list (that I could find), they also operate under a sister company, simplecig.com.

There's a difference- Forum Suppliers are King of the hill. Registered Suppliers are a notch down.

If not happy with the results you can always post a negative review. Vendors can't post here in the New Members Forum BUT can try to resolve Negative Review post:

****Update****** I just heard from one of their representatives by phone, he was very nice, they are sending me out a battery from their line (at no cost to me) which of course, will fit the cartridges. Didn't elaborate on why the adapter didn't fit but they DID fix my problem. Doesn't change the fact that I wish they'd called me back when I started calling Weds a week ago (12 days ago), but its a good customer service gesture to send out a new battery on their dime.
Just for the record, I started calling that Weds because the online order did not offer the option to choose the flavor/strength, they must of rec'd my message (even though they didn't confirm it with me) as the order was sent Fri and had the correct flavor/strength (rec'd Mon, paid for expedited shipping), started calling about the adapter not fitting last Monday.

Jus' jk...whatever the reason I'm glad they stepped up to the plate and resolved this issue.

I am having the same problem. The web site assured me that their carts would fit my safecig/sliver battery. Ordered carts only to find that they do not fit my batteries. I have called numerous times and left messages. No return calls, nothing. It has been one week of leaving them messages daily. I am out $90 and plan to start a dispute from my credit card company. Very bad business practice. If I had been able to use their carts and liked them, they could have had a great customer.
