So, I am weary of buying juice online because I'm very picky. I end up going to B&M's to taste test and to get my juice but I run into two problems:

1. the juice I want is usually sold out in the nic level I want (6mg is VERY popular in my area apparently)
2. Most places don't sell 30ml bottles of the juices I like (Grimm Creations, Vaporoo and Epic Juice have some of my favorites)

The only problem with the juices that I like are that they don't have a proper website where I can order directly, I assume they only deal in wholesale to shops or only do bulk orders. Any suggestions on what I should do? Should I take a chance and buy juice online without tasting? Just wondering if anyone else is/has been in the same situation...

Luckily the shops in my area carry brands I can get online. So if they don't have the nicotine level or bottle size I want, I can order it myself.

But, part of the fun I've been having is trying a bunch of different brands and flavors. A lot of places offer small bottles or sample packs for fairly cheap. So you can try them out without dropping a ton of money.

Check out Halo, Heather's Heavenly Vapors, and Mt Baker Vapor. They are well regarded online retailers and all have small bottles or samples :)

There are lots of online places that sell juice in small sample sizes. I order most of mine online, although I do like to give some business to my local B&Ms, but I've got ones from there also I didn't much care for when I got home! If you read through other posts you'll get a better idea of brands/flavors that fit your taste profile. I end up with some I don't care for - but vapemail is fun in any event. And you can end up with some real winners:vapor:

1. ask the store employees to hold you back some of your favorite flavors in the nic level you like but remember to come in and pick it up within 2-3 days of them contacting you
2. ask the store to order you 30ml bottles of your favorites when they place their regular order

I was in retail business for 25+ years and never had an issue with special requests from customers to hold a certain size or item for them for 2-3 days (longer if they left me deposit as some customers had to come 200+ miles up here in the back of no where) and of course I always had them prepay for non-stock items (ie: your 30ml bottles you want)

What kinds of flavors/ratios/etc do you like? Folks here can offer you lots of advice on online vendors. Many vendors either intentionally or accidentally tend to specialize in one "style" of e-liquid. For instance, some vendors are very good at natural fruit flavors, and others with tobaccos. Some make great candy style and some others have great dessert flavors. A growing number use only or at least offer only VG juices. Some vendors offer samples or very small bottle sizes and some don't.

When in your situation, I went a little "hog-wild", as they say. I scanned the posts (as a lurker) to find vendors that a lot of people seemed to like. Not everyone likes any one vendor, but as I scanned through the threads, I paid attention to those recommendations that seemed more in tune with my taste. I did pretty well, but I also got my share of duds.

Due to the sheer volume of juices I bought from various vendors in the first 4-6 weeks, I could probably make a recommendation to suit whatever your taste may be.

And after you have enough posts and maybe fulfill some other criteria, there is a juice-swapping section on ECF for people who want to trade unused juice with each other.

Anyway, I definitely recommend buying even though you can't try. You may find out that you enjoy a wide variety of flavors once you get to try different juices from different vendors. And I'm sure if you give us a little more information about what you are looking for, we'll be able to point you in a reliable direction.

I think you guys may have convinced me to buy online. Ha ha, I guess I just needed some feed back on buying without tasting. I will most definitely ask the shops to special order also, I have no problem paying upfront if they can get the flavors I like.

I tried a lot of different flavors when I started vaping. I tend to prefer fruity and citrus flavors that are not too sweet, but also some desert flavors like vanilla waffles or this Nutella s'mores I picked up from a company called Jet Fuel. Not too fond of tobaccos or anything with a heavy cinnamon.

As far as ratios go, the more VG the better! Doesn't have to be 100% VG though, as I do enjoy VG/PG blends. I think because I vape low ohms, I don't look for juices that give a big TH.

I have thought about trying my hand at DIY juice but not sure if I would have the time. I already spend enough time trying to perfect my builds! :D

You might like EC Blend. They have a few "wizards" that let you design your own flavors. It's sort of like letting them do DIY for you. You can select your PG/VG ratio, sweetness level, etc -- it's very thorough. Their flavors are artificial, if that matters. But they also offer very small bottles for a low price. It's almost like making your own sampler. They have a lot of different flavors -- like a lot.

Velvet Cloud Vapors has all organic 100% VG all-natural juices. I highly recommend them. I love their tobaccos, but all the other flavors I've had of theirs are really good, too.

Mom and Pop does a lot of good things. Butterfly Bait, Pchela's Famous 5-Layer, and Calipitter Chow are top-notch dessert vapes,

Good luck to you!

I had the same worries as you, but when I found The Vapor Chef and the fact that I can get a 6ml for 3.99 compared to a 10ml bottle of the "house brand" at my local ecig store, I decided that I would try out a flavor or two. Well I ended up only ordering one bottle, but I got another 6ml bottle free. So in my head, I got 12ml for $8 rather than 10ml for $10. Still better on the price. The extra flavor I was sent was actually better than what I ordered and after emailing TVC, I dicovered that they carefully select a flavor you haven't ordered before that compliments the order you just made. Try finding small bottles to sample before making 30ml orders.
