Do I need to clean the tank before refill a new flavour of juice?

Now I got a new juice from online shop, so what should I do if I want to change a flavour of juice? should I clean the tank up? or just fill a new juice in?

I will clean my tank and coil head before refill with new flavors, this is for keeping the flavor pure, and also make the coils last a little longer.

and i tend to just dump it in there

if you don't mind a blended taste in the beginning it dousn't matter

cleaning coils gives you a longer life of the coil but that is independant of changing the taste

Just a quick rinse with water and dry it. I don't recommend cleaning any factory coils that use cotton, it just won't perform the same after the cotton has gotten water in it. If you're building then by all means rewick whenever and dry burn the coil to clean it.

You don't have to, but it will taste "interesting" at first if you don't. if you're using prefab coils, clean the coil by soaking it in pure grain alcohol or high proof vodka. Water impedes its ability to wick. You can use water, but you have to thoroughly dry it before reuse. Air dry on a paper towel at least overnight, or hit it with a hair dryer. Welcome to the board.

I just dump it in there..The sub ohm dual coil builds I use in my Griffin RTA's burn alot of juice anyway and the new flavor comes through in just a few deep lung, cloud blowin pulls..

Some of my best flavor combinations came from mixing two different flavors together in the same tank. Problem with doing something like that is you can never recreate it down the road.

I used to clean before every refill. That was ages ago though. These days i just cannot be bothered, it simply isn't worth the trouble. Honestly,, i don't clean out my tanks for months. Maybe change the cotton when things start to taste a bit funky, maybe a dry burn too. I'm not going to go to all the trouble of stripping down a tank like a Kayfun V4 into dozens of components every time i want to refill it. Besides they don't get dirty !. Although if i'm using a dark liquid things do get pretty gungy, like tar looking crap everywhere. I'd clean it quite often if that's the case. I just stay away from liquids like that though, again i simply cannot be bothered with all that.

You could buy another tank. If 1 is fun, 2 is twice as much..

It depends. If you feel like the flavors would mix well, then dont clean it and see how it turns out! However, if its say.... Peach and butternut chocolate, then id clean it out!

I agree with everyone! lol. If the flavors are similar, just dump it in there. If they are very different, clean the tank and replace the coil. Some flavors never go away, like cinnamon for example. Better yet, have a second tank.
