I will be making some juice. Yes, I know how to do it, but then comes the question about how to sweep it quickly. I've heard some people purchasing a ultrasonic cleaner (wish I had the money), and for every 2 hours of doing it this way, it sweeps the juice (if done the old fashion way) 2 weeks. I'm all for that. Now, what if you took a beater and beat it for 20 mins? Would that be mixing up the stuff inside really good? Now comes the next part. Let's say you make enough juice for 1 month (in my case 1000 ml) and place this in 4 jars. All the jars get the beater treatment. Then I take one jar and use that for the week. Wouldn't the other jars be sweeping and then finally catch up? Or maybe I don't understand this sweeping at all.
Now for the next question: I just when from coils to mesh. I love it! Not having to change our a coil for 2 weeks is great! Okay, now the mesh I have in my tank now says 50-80 watts (I guess). Is it okay to still vape it at 40 watts, as 50 is a little hot for my taste.

Yes it is ok to vape at 40 watts. The rating on the tank is just suggestions. Find what you like and use that.

I have been doing diy for a long time. You will get many answers to this from all different members who have different views on how to do stuff. Nothing replace allowing the flavors to develop at their natural rate. Heat tend so destroy taste, tho I am not sure using a mixer will accomplish your goal either. We all tend to start vaping an diy ejuice when it starts to taste good, but it does not mean the flavors have developed fully, so to hurry the process most people will over flavor their juice. They dont tend to pay much attention to the amount used in recipes as long as it tastes good. However, if making more than a 30 ml bottle, it takes a while to vape that amount all the while the flavor is still developing each day. At the end some say their juice no longer tastes good and will throw it out. Instead try adding some vg/pg to smoothe is out again. I hope this info has helped some.

It depends a lot on the juice you make. I make a couple of single flavor ingredient juices that are pretty much shake and vape. No steeping necessary. Others that have more complex flavor profiles or have multiple ingredients can take a month or more of letting them sit and steep. I learned as I went how and what they all need, and I would imagine that you’ll do the same as you trial and error.

Interesting on the juice. I usually use one flavor (tobacco), but different kinds (tobacco, RY4 or something like this). Those that have posted, thank you for your input and information.
I forgot to add this next question in. I purchased some new batteries from someone on here. Got them and first thing I did was charging them. I noticed right away that the charger was getting a little warm. Then I noticed (about an hour later), notice that the charger was getting a bit to warm. Would this suggest that the batteries are no good. I've had the charger for a month now and it works with my old batteries.

I'm with Sugar + Spice..nothing beats the natural way. The flavors bond on a molucular level, and that to me can't be rushed. I do like to give it a starting nudge by leaving it in coffee flask the first night....not to hot...just so the molecules gets softly frequented.

I find a nice gentle mop at any temperature beats a sweeping of ejuice.
