Size-wise, the eGo is pretty much between the P10 and P16. P10 batteries are only rated at 350mah. The P16 can use either the 550mah IMRs or the 750Mah protected batteries. I think the P16 is the way to go for you. Even though you will be giving up a little bit in capacity, you'll be getting the real 3.7V experience. The AW batteries will generally operate between 4.1-4.2V when fully charged, and they have a nominal voltage of 3.7. Either way, I guarantee that you'll be happy with any SuperT purchase.

P10 accepts a 10440 battery ONLY. The 14670 would obviously be too wide (14 vs. 10) and too long (67 vs. 44)

I really think you will be the happiest with the P16 if concerned about the size. It is my favorite by far! The P18 will offer the same performance at 3.7V as the P16 with fresh batteries except the battery will last longer between charges in the P18.

With all the love I share for superT products since you ask what would replace your ego then I have to say the P-10 is not right for you. Let's not talk about how well the P-10 and every other Precise is made because we all know they are perfect but if you want to use the P-10 as your all day PV you need at least 6 bats on you.

I have not yet tried the P-16 but I heard it is an amazing PV and most of those that posted here have already experience with it and those guys don't lie. I would still personally recommend you to get the P-18 its a bit more expensive but with a cigar holder or a nice case you will most likely not regret it.

Also if for any reason (which is hardly possible) you end up not falling in love with the P-18 or P-16 put it up for sale give it 20mins and someone buys it from you. Everyone knows how amazing Davids products are and how much time, love and afford he puts into making these babies.

My suggestion P-16, P-18 don't get a P-10 just due to the amount of bats you need IF you want to use it as a all day PV.

Now on their site they sell a AW 14670 1100mAh 3.7v Protected battery.....does that fit the 10440? If not how do you determine from the wide variety of batteries they sell which one fits what? And how long do these batteries last?

The numbers that make up the battery size is the actual dimensions so take the 10440 for instance, that would be 10mm in diameter 44mm long and 0 means it is a cylindrical cell, the 14670 would be 14mm in diameter 67mm longer and 0 to show that it is cylindrical. The precise line is just that precise and will only fit the same diameter batterys, so the p10 will only fit 10mm batts p16 fits 16mm batts and p18 fits 18mm batteries but the 18 can also use two 16340 3.2volt lifepo4 batteries stacked for 6volts but that is because 16340s are smaller in diameter then an 18650. While the p18 is one of the smallest if not the smallest 18650 all mechanical mod it is still fairly large in comparison to an ego but it can also do high voltage as I said earlier. I think by reading what you are looking for I would go with the p16, it is a bit larger in diameter but its short and is not large in comparison to other mods. The p10 is a sweet little device, its significantly smaller in diameter than an ego but is a lil longer, it is great for those times that you need to be really discreet or if you want to look really classy at a wedding or something lol. I use my p10 fairly often but its not the most convenient of the precise line because of the batt life. I apologize if I repeated a lot of what others said. Let us know what you decide.
