Well I think that's the tank style....3.5ml, clear with black hard plastic ends. Anyway, 2 problems. 1- while inserting the cartos they are sharp edged and shave tiny pieces of the plastic off...which float around in the tank. 2-I have dumped juice out 3 times while trying to top off the tank. I try to gently pull the cart down but it pulled all the way out! Is there a tank that is easier to top off....maybe a screw in carto? How's the Vivi for refilling? Thanks!

Knock on wood, but I've never accidentally dumped a tank of juice when pulling the cart down to fill it. If the problem is getting the cart started down, use your drip tip to nudge it far enough you can grab it, then give it a little twist and gently pull it down about 1/4 of the way. When putting a new cart in, coat the outside top portion with juice, it should slide right in with a little twist and pressure.

I've tried the smoktech tanks and I hate them. They are way to slidy, I also have dumped juice out using them. The only two tanks I would recommend would be the mini sub from mom and pop vapor shop, or the j tank from eletronicstix. I have both of these tanks and the carto stays in the tank, the carto doesn't slide like the smoktech tanks. Best tanks (IMO) hands down for a carto. I've tried the vivi nova and I hated it. It always had a plastic taste to it, but I'm a carto fan so I really don't like any clearo or wick type tank.

i've never had an issue losing liquid while refilling the tank. i usually push the top of the carto down a little, then hold on the flanges while carefully pulling the carto below the top cap.
if you're concerned about your o-rings, re-insert the white cap that came with the carto when you fill. i found your carto doesn't catch on the inner o-ring that way.
