I just stumbled upon a section and ECF where people commented on my posts. They showed some awards that I have been given where people have agreed and raided my post Etc. And I'm afraid I have not done that with others that I have responded to. Is there a users section ECF I can learn to make the most of this? I don't want to deny anybody a Kudos that deserves it. Great day at all vape on

I'm certain there is a user guide, but my experience has been "OJT". :) Hover your mouse (I use a pc here) and you'll notice underneath the facebook bird google #1 quote reply top line at the bottom of a post, a line with the options of liking, agreeing, disagreeing, etc. You can click on one of those icons to "rate" the post.

There are several ways that you can communicate with fellow ECF members:

  • You can hover your mouse on your ECF screen name in the upper right corner of any ECF page. A window will appear, then click on "Conversations". Conversations allow you to exchange private messages (PM) with other members directly.
  • You can also send a private message (PM) to any ECF member by clicking on your Inbox in the upper right corner of any ECF page. Click on "Start a new conversation". You'll receive an alert when that member responds.
  • You can write a public message on a member's profile page. You have to find the member's profile page by clicking on either the member's avatar or screen name. In my experience, not many members use this form of communication.
  • You can "Rate" another ECF member's post by clicking on an icon such as "Like", "Agree", "Disagree", "Informative", "Useful", "Funny", "Love", "Optimistic, and "Creative". The location for this rating system is in the lower right corner of each post. The icons are semi-transparent until you hover your mouse over the icons.
  • You can use the "Quote" function when responding to a particular post. This function helps eliminate any confusion as to whom you are responding to when responding to a post. You can quote multiple posts. Found in the right bottom of each post.
  • You can also "Tag" any ECF member in a post by first typing the "@" symbol followed by the members screen name. That member will receive an alert that someone has used their screen name in a post.
