Not working Limited Edition Snow Wolf

I have had this Limited Edition Gun Metal I think Asmodus Snow Wolf Box mod that hasnt worked in years. Its been back in the box since it broke a few years ago. Does anyone know where I can get it worked on? Will Asmodus work on it since they dont even make it anymore?

Even though it's an older mod it's still worth contacting Asmodus customer support first off to see if they can help, the Tech guys there are pretty clever!!
