I was a convicted mechanical mod vaper. I did not see why one would need a VV mod. Cynical and with great trepidation, I bought a Buzz from a friend who had two and wanted the money to buy yet another mod. I told myself, "Self, just leave it at 5 volts and help your friend out." I did not get what all the "Buzz" was about and I likened it to a car that could parallel park automatically. I didn't need it, I can park myself, but I was "helping a friend." I got the Buzz and it worked quite well, although after I got it, I set it at 5 volts and vaped happily. Of course, being the one with the Murphys' Law written into my genes.......My Buzz got haunted! It would turn on while sitting on the table and not work when I hit the switch! I was secretly pleased.....ah ha...I was right....No one needed all these bells and whistles, I quit cigs with a little laser mod made by Cisco, after all, why did they need all this technology? I contacted Mike at Notcigs and he emailed me and asked when I bought it and I told the torrid history of owners and repurchasing and etc. He sent me an RMA form and said to send it back and he would fix it without cost to me to show me why I needed it *see, I told him about my aversion to VVs mods*. I sent it back. My Buzz was returned in a week and I am vaping now and eating the proverbial crow! I can enjoy the new dual coil cartomizers, use my old LR 801s and dial in to use my HV 901s! All with one device! As I spit crow feathers out of my mouth and drool stains off my shirt, I applaud EXCELLENCE in customer service to Notcigs and Mike and extend my apologies for my past words about vv. Now, this post is a hard one to swallow *prideful mod Ho that I am* but I must take my hat.........ahem........crow feathers........off to Mike and his crew for a great mod, customer service above and beyond...... and...........cough........*ok, this is very very hard!
