100% cotton (at least the purple is)

P.S. - here I go with the color subtleties again: the blue one, unless the one pictured above is new and different than the ones I saw, is more of a powder/baby blue rather than the turquoise sort of blue

They're not, really. It won't fit like the tee you have on in your avitar, probably. I got a small and it fits slightly looser than the one you have on in the photo. The sleeves and neck are a lot better on these new shirts - because it's a women's shirt.

It's weird - that is exactly what I thought when I looked at the tag!

Mine didn't really shrink at all. The tag is also marked "pre-shrunk".
