Actually, this isn't anything that is recent, but was in direct result of the changes MBV made due to the FDA's BS.

I started out with 24 mg probably 3 years ago..kicked the cigs after like almost 20 years, easy.

Went down to 18, then 12, 6, now I am at 3 and again it has been easy. I have a transition phase between each step where I mix the current level and the level below to do half steps basically. Nothing groundbreaking or new there. However, I am boring and basically only vape with the East Coast tobacco juice and had planned on finishing out with this.

Prior to the regs, 0 nic was available, so my plan would have worked without an issue. Now, 0 nic does not exist. Not sure if it is just this flavor or if they discontinued it completely across all juices. So now I feel a bit stuck. I could have (I assume) easily continued to 0 but now I can't, at least not in the way I had intended to.

So what to do? I realized I could probably find some 50/50 base somewhere but I am not sure how the watering down (figuratively speaking) of the flavor would impact the effectiveness of this method. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? I suppose, if some decent 0 mg flavors are available I could make a switch and continue with my plan but haven't really had the time to research it that much.

How many ml per day? I vape 4-5. When I was quitting nic, I got down to zero and it tasted poorly, so , went back to 3. Figured 3 isn't alot of nic to put in the body. Probably better for me than the amt of caffeine I get.

Almost exactly the same usage. With me though, it isn't about worrying the affect on the body. I know it isn't that much and I am in the same boat with the caffeine. For me, it is just about saving money and being done with it. I mean I love vaping, am eternally grateful for getting me off analogs, but you know all good things gotta come to an end I suppose. Additionally, I see the writing on the wall with the FDA BS and while I am optimistic in the outcome, I do know vaping is going to look so much different. Many of the added benefits - namely choice and price, are going to be impacted (already have to a point) and I just really don't want to deal with all of that. I'd like to not be using anything at some point. Don't get me wrong, I am not in a hurry, but would like to continue down the path.

Apparently, MBV sells concentrates (for DIY) in Europe, but not, as far as I can tell, in the US. Cloudhouse Vapor carries them, if you wanted to order from Germany and make your own zero nic version. Cloudhouse is one of the places I order from, so I can vouch that they are trustworthy, but as far as cost of shipping to US, I don't know.

Roger that. After many yrs smoking myself, I understand wanting to have anything tobacco related out of my life totally.

I only use vaping now as a health benefit, and hangout here to help others learn to do the same.

    GL on your journey

Wow that is a good idea! Question for me isn't so much the cost of shipping, but rather IF they ship to US. If I could do this, I would be set I think. This right here is why forums kick .... Thanks for the info!

When I was stepping down, instead of buying my ADV in 0mg, I did several steps mixing 3mg juice with straight VG. Going from 3 to 2 to 1 over a period of time, the dilution of flavor wasn't very noticeable. I even vaped straight VG for a time to keep the habit up when I got fidgety on car rides, etc.

I'm back at it now after some stress got me back to smoking, but now I DIY my own juice, including a clone of my old ADV, and I'm at a consistent 1mg with no real plans to stray. Except for going wild with a few gear splurges recently (which itself really only adds up to a few weeks worth of smoking in cigarette dollars), my vaping cost is literally pennies per day, and I feel a lot healthier now than when I did smoking.

If you can't get a satisfactory solution, mixing VG/PG with your 3mg slowly over time, or mixing your own might be a workaround.

A large source of many brands of concentrates is Chefs Flavours in the UK - they do ship overseas too, but don't carry MBV.
Very good customer service too if you have any queries.

That sounds like a plan as well. TBH, I wasn't sure with the regards and all that DIY would survive or is still relatively easy to get supplies for. I am certainly down with that if not a terrible gauntlet now.

DIY is more likely to survive than anything else. Have you searched for clone recipes for that juice? You may be able to duplicate it pretty spot on and just move forward.

Amazon for VG/PG, syringes, and bottles.... Than use Capellas, The Perfume/Flavor Apprentice, or other flavor vendors to make your own E Juice. You will have complete control on how strong/weak the flavor to your juice is and there are hundreds, if not thousands of juice recipes on eliquidcalculator that have plenty of reviews letting you know if its good or not. Although with my experience, all DIY is better than the "premium" over priced juice.
