Reading & lurking now for a few months or so & figured I would post my success story.

Been huffing for near 40 years. I've quit a 1000 times. Did the gum, the patch; you know the routine. Those just didn't do it for me. I missed the oral gratification of a good lungfull, fiddling with a stink stick, watching the plume, the nic rush, etc.

I knew I had to stop. Have had 2 heart attacks & 6 stents. My family has a history of cardiac issues. I'm 57 years young. Never thought much or even knew about PV's. I knew I had to quit.

Was on a sports car forum I frequent & someone started a thread on digitals. I finally read through it & discovered a link to ECF & a forum supplier.

I spent a couple days absorbing everything on ECF. I have been & still am of the mindset to quit NOW.

Went to a local smoke store & they had a mini ecig setup with carts. Bought those & liked them. Went back to get more carts cause you don't get 200-300 puffs like the mfg claims or even 100 puffs like the merchant claimed. Yes they were overpriced cheap crap but I instanly realized that this was the future for me.

Used an ECF supplier to get my eGo-T-B rig. WOW what a difference! At this point had 2 or 3 analogs left. Smoked them between vapes. Never looked back.

Have no desire for stink sticks at this point. Will have the occasional twinge for a nic fix, but just grab my rig & have a vape or two. Before PV I would wake up in the morning & mindlessly crave an analog. As I would pull one out of the box, I would start salivating. (How Pavlovian). I would smell someone else smoking & grab for an analog & my lighter.

Now I smell analog smoke & I am repulsed.

Yes the initial capital outlay for hardware, accessories & supplies is steep, but I can afford it & in the long run the per vape cost will decline. (Can you tell I am in finance?)

So bottom line is this works for me. Don't see big tobacco in my future. (Unless they get laws passed restricting vaping products.)

The only drawback I perceive at this point is mod fever! Got a bunch of EMDCC's recently from Madvapes (no complaints) & having a blast with those. Now I'm looking for a juice tank cartomizer so I don't need to deal with the polyfill thing. You know, just want to juice & go. Got any suggestions for a tank to fit my eGo-T batteries?

Thank you ECF, CASSA & the vaping community for your support & legislative actions. I could not have done it without you.

Congrats xhuffer! I agree the smell of smoke is just terrible now, can't believe we smelled so bad for so many years. :)

I just got my first tank this week and am loving it. I was worried about refilling them and hurting the O rings as well as the cracking issues from using the wrong juices so I decided on the M1A1 tank from Notcigs. Yes it is pricey but the tank will not crack from juice or even from smashing it. It also has a nifty screw that you remove to fill. IMHO it's well worth every penny for something that lasts.
