I ask this because I seem to always have my PV in hand. I may put it down for a few minutes here and there, esp at work. If at home, I seem to vape, all day. My first thoughts were my nicotine levels were too low. So, I tried 24mg. This didn't make me bat an eye. My behavior has remained the same. I went back down to 18mg. Now I can put it down if I need to, and pick up later. If there is nothing pressing me to do so, I won't.

Is it normal to vape like this? Is anyone else vaping as much, or is it just me? Curious how you guys are doing with it. If you actually spend 10 minutes at a time like a cigarette, or if you chain vape like me.

Hi, i'm also new at vaping, got my stuff last wednesday, smoked 2 analogs a day till today (I'm out of analogs now and wont smoke any more) And between those 2 i've vaped almost 24/7, well.. I do take a break for 10mins and then i vape for like 10mins.. I've got 24mg and 12mg nic.

But i figure that it's whatever if i vape alot now, it will probably be better when i've been off analogs longer, till then i'll just sit in a vapecloud and smile :)

I work at night, so I work in a building with people that smoke, so I vape all night long. Can I put it down? I dont know, but I dont. I vape alooooot when i am awake and I keep my ecig around my neck so I never put it down. Im on my 2nd month of not smoking cigarettes and so far I am not saving alot because i am still expermenting with flavors, formulas, vendors, etc. I am thinking that I will narrow it down and by my 3rd month, the savings will apply.....keep vaping!!!

I'm also the same way... chain vaping A LOT.. especially on my days off.. but i don't crave it the way i did analogs.. its different.. because I enjoy the whole process of it now..

filling the cartos.. filling the tank.. all the juices etc.. i never enjoyed analogs the way i do vaping.. personally I just love smoking and now I can worry a lot less about the risks.. im still on 24mg nicotine myself about to drop down to 18 and worried if the drop is going to make me vape even more than i already do lol

I chain vaped all the time until recently. I was mostly using a Aga-t on a vamo.

I recently got into the eRolls, which I find I can use more like a cigarette, meaning, vape for a few minutes, put it away for a while and then vape some more.

While I love the flavor, vapor and hit of the Aga-t, I didn't like being tied to a big pv all day.

Using the eRoll with a higher nic content has been somewhat liberating from that aspect. Part of the issue is that with the eRoll you have to put the e-cig back in the PCC to keep it charged, and part of the issue is that it is very easy to put it away (into your pocket say) and take it out to vape occasionally.

With a big PV and an RBA, you can't really put it away, so it is just always at hand that tends to mean I will be chain vaping.
