I tried both codes with base and a starter kit in the cart, it's a no go for me. I'm wanting to try unflavored pre mixed so I ordered the free sample, not a total loss.

The website is a challenge. After creating an account I logged out and tried to log back in but my password was rejected, it was saved to my browser but I entered manually to be sure. Try the lost password run a round that asked for email and it indicated a password would be sent, nope nada. I think their webmaster has some work to do.

One of NN idiosyncrasies. When you click LogOut you are not actually logged out. Click on My Account to see that you still have access without logging in again. The browser (Chrome), not just the tab, has to be closed to completely log out. This applies when keep me logged in is not checked.

Yeah, I kept trying to log out, over and over. It seemed I was in purgatory not able to access my account and unable to log in. Finally after 15 minutes I got the email to reset my password and now everything is hunky dory.
