Is there an online guide for the Nude Nicotine flavor mixing? I just received my DIY kit today but really unsure of where to start??

There are recommended ranges printed on the flavor bottles.
I mix fruits, deserts at 5%
Tobaccos at 1.5%
Of course it is personal preference.
Start low and work up.
