Numbers on bottles help

The numbers on plastic items in a triangle are for recycling purposes. Each number tells exactly what the bottle is made of.

Thanks for the response. I have hundreds of these plastic bottles from 5ml - 100ml. I have been diy'ing almost a year now, and just noticed that I have all of these different numbers on the bottom. I am not sure if these are recycling codes, as some even have a #8. I have attached pictures of 2 that are imprinted #1 & #3 these were purchased as "LDPE" so I am not sure if the ones that are not marked 2, 4, or 5 are safe to use?

If the number is inside a box or triangle it the recycle code.. If the number is by itself, it's likely a MOLD number from when it was extruded.
Thanks firestorm, I did try to google, but came up empty so I figured I would ask here. I did not see that my post had gone through. I still can't find my original post. Thank you anyways.
Thanks, yes it's just a regular number, not inside of a box or triangle. So I am hoping that it is just a mold number. Thank you again for your reply.
