Nunchaku2 tank won't fill

Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Also apologies because I cross-posted to the Uwell section. Nunchaku2: I just got mine and the tank won't fill. It has a membrane across it and I can't stick a nozzle in far enough to get the liquid in the tank. I don't understand because it worked when I first got it but now a couple of days later I can't get any liquid in the tank. Is there some trick to it that I don't know? I am able to gently insert a letter opener and I can see it thru the glass but the unicorn bottles won't go thru. First it started getting so that I got liquid in my mouth when I inhaled, and now can't fill the tank at all. I'm very disappointed and;can't afford to just get a new mod. Any suggestions? TIA.

Open the nozzle on the bottle, lefty loosey/righty tighty. You can probably remove the membrane, I don’t have your tank but I’ve had them in the past that included two options for the fill port, one open, one closed with the slit in the middle.

My N2 membrane requires a little force but both solutions above seem sort of workable,. Good luck.

I genuinely don' know if the membrane does all that much but I doubt it a bit,.
