4% Flavour Art Hazelnut
4% Flavour Art Cocoa
2% Flavour Art Cookie
1% anybody's Cotton Candy (EM sweetener premixed)
and I add 1 drop of (5% Sucralose solution premade) for every 2ml of finished mix

The first two are strong flavors - measure carefully, and don't increase percentages without trying it first!
FlavourArt's Hazelnut is a Fantastically Great flavor, though I'm not a huge fan of the actual nuts. Mixes well, and great alone.
FlavourArt's Cocoa is THE right chocolate flavor for Nutella. Other chocolates just don't work as well in this recipe.
If this is too intense for you, add 2-4% of FA's "Cream, Fresh" and more nic base. It's not Nutella, but a tasty lighter version.
