#NY State Senator Kemp Hannon thinks you’re stupid and wants to take away your #eliquid. At least that’s one of a few plausible theories. In any case, eliquid prohibition is an insane approach to keeping children safe from accidental exposure to nicotine liquid, not to mention the climate it creates would be ripe for black market product and encourage “bathtub” production of liquid nicotine.


Let’s reach out to members of the NY State Senate Cmte on Health and remind them that prohibition is a bigger threat to public health than even the worst estimates of exposure to nicotine liquid.
