Hello everyone! I have a few questions or more. Just 2 days ago, my Pyro 24 tank came in the mail and started using it. I noticed once the top cap gets too hot, both the top orings would then make it impossible to remove if needed to refill. So I was wondering if anyone knows the exact measurements for the Orings? And would silicone be better then rubber? Thanks!

Hi and welcome. I do not have that machine, so I don't know the answer to your question. I do know, from looking at the picture of the tank in the box, it comes with spare o-rings. Are you making a hypothetical judgement, as in "if the top cap gets too hot..." or is this something you have actually experienced? If the former, I wouldn't worry about it. I have 5 or 6 copies of the iJoy Limitless RDTA, a most similar design save for the postless deck, plus any number of regular style drippers, and it is not an issue in my experience. It is not impossible with tight-fitting dripper caps for the o-rings to "cement" themselves to the top cap making it hard to remove without destroying them, but this is usually cause by dry storage over time, not heat during use. In use, they'll most likely be covered in juice which both cools them and provides lubrication. As to which material, I think I'd probably duplicate the rubber rings included rather than going to silicone, unless you can find some sold as "high temp". It is, in my experience, a useful trick to put a drop of juice on your finger and lube the rings when first building any top-cap style for the first time after a fresh wash, and to do the same with a drop of pure VG for storage.

If you have a caliper handy, and want a lesson in how to measure an o-ring to spec it, ping me back and I will be glad to help.

I have experienced the situation about 3 times already. Suck my vapes and other YouTubers have mentioned that faces the same issue as well. The other thing is that I hace recently received the tank from Myvaporstore.com and started using the tank just fine til the orings decided not to budge. Unfortunately, I have tried to use VG as a lubricant and still no avail..... I had ordered food grade lube from Avid Vapors and see if that works. Otherwise I'm going to try something else.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Your problem could be wrong o-ring groove(s) machined/specified incorrectly. O-rings are molded to close tolerances, unlikely problem here, but if Chinese, who knows. Incorrect o-ring molded material could causer your problem (wrong compound may enable higher than usual thermal expansion). There are few other causes come to mind, however, recommend best course of action would be contacting:
Visit local B&M Vape Shop-----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Brotherbob, that part about the incorrect measurement for the grooves are correct!!! The Orings ARE the correct size, its just the lower groove (at the base of where the coils sits) wasn't machined properly. Which is why the Oring stuck out further and made it a bit of a struggle to remove the cap just to fill it.
