Obs Ace Tank overheating fast

Hello guys.

I don't know if this is a problem, or some con of the Obs Ace tank. I bought it 2 days ago, It came with a ceramic coil and with a Rebuildable coil. I am using the ceramic (that was the default)

So I have a Smiss Craft 150w TC mod, and I vape the puppy on 35 wattage, and the problem is after 2 deep sips it starts to heat, after 3-4 deeps sips it's really hot. I tried with my subox mini as well on 50 watts, same result.

Any idea guys? Would be appreciated

I have the same experience with the ceramic coils (both the 0,45 and 0,85ohm). The get very hot very fast.
Mostly now using the rba which is not bad!

What is the ohms on the coil? The two that I have came with a .85ohm coil. If that is what you have, both 35w and 50w are way to high for that. I am only using the RBA section and it works really well.

Sorry forgot the ohm, It's 0.45
So if I switch to the rebuildable will it solve the problem?

Not sure but, based on my own experience and other reviews, it should. I have 2 of these and have ordered another 2. I like these better than my merlins which is saying a lot.

Some atty's get hotter than others. Only real options are to open the air all the way which may help a little bit or turn the wattage down. Your not hurting anything unless your getting burnt hits.

No burnt hits your doing ok.

By the way I forgot to mention, after swishing to the RBA the problem was solved
