OBS releases new rta-but never fixed issues of its last one! Im angry!

So I knew it would happen. As soon as I saw that OBS released a new rta, id be very upset since my Crius(which i thoroughly enjoyed for the day and a half it performed properly) was just all around junk and they refused to even respond to me about my issues. Apon opening i inspected it like I do all my gear and i noticed it was using some kinda insulator that didnt seem normal, which i later found out was ceramic. Well i saw a little crack in mine and knew that after a couple builds it would get worse(and it did), But thats not the only issue. After running a tank through it Id have large amounts of seeping going on around the afc and this means im constantly wiping ejuice from around the airflow and also taking the tank off the mod between refills to make sure no juice was making its way down the 510 connection (which it didn't, but only because i was constantly wiping it).So when all was said and done, it just wasnt worth all the hassle. Now ive read countless other posts and im not alone. Many people on here know what im talking about when I speak of this particular issue with the Crius. Im just curious as to how many of you were ever actually able to get a replacement or even a response from the company itself. I was not able to-EVER! For those of you that did get a response and or a replacement that worked, im super happy for you, and I mean it. Im happy if we all didnt get screwed out of our $35 (in my case) and Id like to hear what you did (different than me) that enabled you the success that I didnt have. Until Im granted some kind of adequate response from this company (OBS) than i wont ever order another product from them again, simple as that and when someone asks me about them or their products i will be quick to share with them my experience. Had I not ordered from a local store here in Manchester NH, id have most likely been able to get a replacement from online as I only order from decent sites that take care of theyre customers (looking at you Myvaporstore.com and VaporDNA) but i saw it in the store and had to have it then and i quickly found out that w/rta's, this particular store cant accept them back after they have been used so thats why i went the other route and tried to contact OBS through many different methods,none of which warranted a response. Oh and ya, I get it, sometimes you get a bad product and bite the bullet but the reason im so upset now is because of the vast amount of people who got these defective tanks and that were also left with no explanation and a new paper weight. Theres just no need of it. And in the mean time they released this new "OBS Ace" and i guess thats what really got me...
TLDR; OBS is still releasing new rta's after putting out a bunch of faulty Crius Rta's and im curious of peoples experiences in getting a response or replacement from the company. I mean, I didnt even get an email back saying i could pound sand. That would suffice at this point :pervy:

Thanks man. And yes it is! Aparently they will be sending me a new base soon which has the peek insulator and updated internal o-ring to keep the afc from leaking but time will tell. Im hoping other people are finding satisfaction w/theyre OBS products and actually the Crius has phenomenal flavor so im hoping the new base is decent and fixes my issues

oh cool, that's great news. glad to see they're doing the right thing!
