Picked up a cheap harbor freight DMM, mainly to test battery voltage. I normally use my MVP2 to check resistance since I tend to rebuild on there for convenience. That being said, I was comparing the readings between the DMM and MVP on various coils, cartos, etc and was happy to see they agreed across the board with one glaring exception... My nimbus clone. For some reason the DMM absolutely refuses to read the resistance on it. I've tried reading at the 510 connector and at the posts. Any idea why this would happen?

Normally when the resistance jumps crazy you have bad connection with rebuilds or not a solid connection.

Remember to touch both leads on dmm together (might read 0.1 - 0.2) subtract this from rebuild to get correct reading.

Also on my rda I touch each screw when coil is to test and if that jumps, your connection are loose somewhere.
