Ody to GGTS base Just Received Changes Everything

Well I just just received my ody to GGTS base love how it conects to the collection tank the 510 connecter is good but not my favorite in case i drop it you know. I find that is totaly different vape with the air control back Just flooded it again this is going to take some time to get use to but i am enjoying it alot. Thanks imeo

No it does not... the drip mode is 510 connection only at this time unless Imeo decided to make a drip mode GGTS base in the future but at this time only 510 connection is available...

You can still use the aircontrol with a few 510-510 adaptors. It works pretty well . But definetly not the full experience

Thanks MrK and Jason. I'm using drip mode on GGTS with a 510 to 901 and 901 to 510 adapters. Was hoping the new base would let me do away with the adapters since I do love the drip mode Ody.

You know short mode ODY is just a dripper with a tank option... you really dont have to even use the tank really... with the mouthpiece all the way down it is a drip mode with a longer drip tip.... but then you would have a GGTS/ODY base.... which really is pure heaven and does away with the cheap battery shorting chinese adapters.... and also is a much better use of the draw control feature as well....

Kami, the Ody GGTS base screws directly onto your collector tank, just remove your adjustable draw cap and screw it into those same threads. I just finished cleaning my Ody parts, so here is the collector tank and Ody base pictured separate and assembled. When you go to use it, though, you will want your control ring on there, I just had it all apart right now for cleaning and didn't put it on for the pics

Okay, I just got my Ody GGTS base and I have to say that the title of this thread says it all. Oh my goodness. The throat hit is much better than with the 510 connector and much more vapor. The flavor is also different. I might have to start burning my wick and wire with each new coil to get rid of that funky taste. It seemed to disappear quicker with the 510 connector but that will, in no way, keep me from vaping this beast.
I am getting one heck of a headrush from it. I actually feel like I am getting more nicotine than with previous set-ups. Loving it. I might actually have to vape a little less (I know that is sacrilege). I am running 7.4V, making my own liquid at 30mg of nicotine. Geez.

Native database GGTS for Odie has better electrical conductivity. Contact is better due to a larger area of contact of the thread.

I have always believed that Imeo should just make native connectors between his attys and battery mods! I have ordered a GGTS base for my Ody and I dont even have a GGTS yet . The 510 connection between the 2 great devices just feels like a massive week point to me

I hope Imeo is going to come out with a native P&P connector when the proteus comes out! I know he wants to care about the non GG mod users as well, so that the Penelope works with regular mods too, but IMO, if its not a complete GG device from top to bottom, you are really missing out. And I am saying this from my experience of my UFS + Stealth config. It just feels like the most awesome integrated device possible. That and the fact that everything Kinkle, Serpent, Mosin and gang say about the GG is always true

Yes, but I think he was talking about a Penelope <-> GGTS base. I am hoping for the Penelope <-> Proteus base to release along with the proteus
