The only ceramics that went on sale last night were the Penelope ceramics afaik. The site crashed so bad repeatedly that by the time I got some in my cart and reached step four of checkout, my cart contained more than was in stock and I couldn't get any. 
I was lucky to grip two (penny) ceramics , hopefully ody ceramics come out soon Imeo said he is sending 50 to Bruce

I just used hot soapy water on the ceramic as well, might see how it tastes before I start torching my only one Plus, wasn't the soapy taste on an older batch? A quick 15 second "flame burn" with a butane lighter or gas stove won't damage the ceramic and will remove any odd tastes from the cup.

It had a lot of oil/grease of some sort in the ceramic, just couldn't resist giving it a good scrub down But I've got a few extras coming now, so I will certainly be giving it a torchin' when backups arrive.

The soapy taste was only on older versons, so it is odd that anyone is getting that taste of soap.
Could it be that when washing it out with soap and water it wasnt rinsed well enough? That is Bruce and my thought on the matter...

Mine doesn't taste like soap, but I've rinsed it off like crazy Now that I've got my backups, I'll torch it without worry.
