I was on Champix so i could get off the nicotine but to be honest i found vaping 0MG was awful, just awful so i have now gone back to vaping 24MG although considering 18MG.

I hated how i got no throat hit from 0MG as for me throat hit is a big part of the experience, i also missed the head rush and satisfaction of being filled with nicotine (dont know if i am the only one who feels like this).

Overall though some people may call me a fool because i was no longer dependant but went back to it but i just missed everything which came with nicotine vaping.

Just speaking my mind as per usual...

I like my nicotine. For my ADD + no health insurance= I don't want it, I need it.

Nicotine really helps me concentrate and isn't as dangerous as oooh let's say ritilin or adderall for treating attention defiant issues. Yes, I really do have one. Long story short, never knew what was wrong with me growing up, kinda spacy my whole life, never learned like anyone else seemed to but around 20 got diagnosed with it.

Well, nicotine is sure addictive! But I've read studies where they've had people wearing nicotine patches and/or chewing nicotine gum (both of which made me feel jittery and sick), for years with no ill effects. I believe it's the act of burning paper and tobacco that creates all those carcinogens in cigarette smoke, and with vaping you don't have any of that!

It's a minor vasoconstrictor (narrows the blood vessels = short term higher blood pressure), relatively minor stimulant. Since I can vape freely at many places I couldn't smoke, my coffee consumption has gone down -- pretty much swapped one minor stimulant for another.

I've been dropping my nic intake, cut the mg in half, but expect to probably stay at or near where I am -- I like my minor stimulants, am not embarrassed by that.

That is only part of it, not to mention the CO from smoking also there are the burning chemicals added to increase addiction and increase nicotine available from smoking cigarettes , it is NO accident that > 80% of folks who try to quit do not succeed, it's not the nicotine they are SO addicted to (IF it were patches etc. would cure that at least during time being used) while the burning creates a bad situation the chemicals/additives add to that (domino affect/effect)

If nicotine has anti-depressant/mood altering effects, then I have to say it is the safest one out there! If nicotine helps a person cope and function in a better manner, it makes much more sense to use it than to use some of the things they prescribe nowadays; simply read the fine print or listen to the ads. I'll vape 100 mg before I take that other stuff ! (JUST KIDDING!)
