My sincere apologies for the delay. Normally our orders ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri). Since Nov 3rd was a Saturday the order did not begin to process until Monday. Your order should have shipped by Wednesday. I am currently out of Province until this coming Wednesday on business, so I was not aware of the delay. After receiving your message, I contacted our shipping department to find out what caused this delay. We brew our eJuice fresh and were waiting for the delivery of some components of the citrus punch flavour which have not arrived yet, causing the delay. I have instructed our shipping department to not delay your order any further and it will ship tomorrow guaranteed. We will replace the 1 bottle of citrus punch with 2 bottles of our other flavours, as well as add a couple of bonus bottles to your order to thank you for your understanding.
