Just got my Reo Grand in the mail and vaping away! Got it from another ECF'er who's moved on to VV.

It's great. :) Didn't realize it'd be this easy and all this time I've been hunting down tube style mech mods (got a few). Guess I need to hit up the store and get a couple of extra springs and other repair items. Seriously considering selling my GP Paps and getting a Reomizer and another Reo mod.

Any suggestion on parts, other than the springs, that I might need?

PS: Already found out that Boba's Bounty just won't work. No matter how hard you mash the bottle.

Really Why?
I was going to try it
What kind of atty are you using?

Not sure. Re-washed it for a 2nd time which might have been the problem (maybe I just thought I'd cleaned it good the 1st time). Anyway, Boba's is great and almost done with the 1st bottle (about 2-3ml) using an Empire LR atty @ 1.8Ω.

PS: I followed the video on cleaning both times. Might be I didn't allow enough time for the juice to show up in the drip well the 1st time I tried.

I was using a 510 atty. The tube might have been touching the bottom, but I switched juices and have no problems. I'll try re-cutting the tube at a slant and see if that helps. Thanks for the tips! I definitely would like to use Boba's on this. Only have about 65 mls left but maybe they'll be back open before it runs out.

I also switched to a 306 atty (after trying the 510) to see if the flavor changed, using a 306DCA. Maybe a slight difference for the better.

I was going to ask, how did you get the DCA to work? I thought those were sealed.

The atty is a GLV306 from their inventory. I bought a couple when I ordered the 306DCA. They do have a hole thru the center. I put on the 306DCA upper part to hold my drip tip and vaped on.
The lower part of the DCA is sealed, which I use when dripping on my tube mech mod.

You actually screw the sealed lower part into the 510 connector on your device, put the atty in the upper and use it to screw the atty into the lower. The upper let's you use a regular 510 drip tip and moves it a little further away from the coil. I hope I didn't mess up the description too badly.

You don't need juice to show in the drip well. With an atty or cartos you can just blind squonk. Draw without firing and squonk till you hear a gurgle and some resistance. Stop! You are ready to vape.

It is nice to have the dry drip well in the REO's. No worry about juice getting on stuff!

I have a REOs that have seen .... let me count the empties ...... OK I have 16 green (100ml)empties here at least 10 of those must have been Boba's ..... So lets say 1000 ml through them. Only problem I encounter is if I'm out skiing and things get really cold. Learned to ski with 50/50 or thinner. Are you just trying to squonk the bottle or are you drawing through the device as you squonk ??? The latter is what we call blind squonking and its the way to go. You can gauge by the sound and feel just how much juice your feeding. There is no need to see juice in the well, if you do you've over done it.

Also make sure your feed tube is not hitting the bottom or stuck to the side of the bottle. I always cut mine shorter than when they arrive and make the tip a ^ shape just incase it hits the side there is still room for juice to get through.

Good luck, you'll get it figured out.
