A high percentage of products are produced out of China and they will not be impacted. So all our politicians will do is squash quality products made in the USA and close American businesses. They will push us all to move us to lesser products purchased outside the USA.

As far as I understand, the proposed FDA regs might run afoul of the Regulatory Flexibility Act.

Not debating chawk, just stating the obvious. If our politicians get their way it will only hurt american business and allow other countries to benefit.

FDA comments were made by both myself and my wife basically sending that message.

It's really easy to submit your comments, and it doesn't have to be a long comment. Some ideas for your comments: Small businesses will be the main ones to be impacted and closed down because they don't have the money, time, knowledge to navigate federal rules.

Or maybe you want to tell them how vaping and the wonderful flavors helped you walk away from combustible cigarettes, and how having only the option of ineffective and expensive cigalikes will force you to go back to smoking or force you to make your purchases on the black market.

Or maybe just tell them your personal story of the damage that cigarettes have done to you and how vaping ecigs has helped you cut down or quit.

So many lies have been told about how vaping doesn't help people quit smoking that the anti-smokers and government could make the lies become the truth unless we speak up now.
