Yes, but be aware that your final nicotine level is going to be reduced by adding flavors. And of course you are going to run out of PG base way before you run out of VG.

Using pre-diluted nicotine base is a little easier, but you give up a lot of flexibility.

More flavors.

Needles for your syringes (if you don't already have them).

Some straight (no nic) base liquids.

I don't care for the VG that you can buy from Walmart. It does have a weird taste IMO.
Many people do like and use it though, so not sure if you would or not. I use RTS for my PG,VG and Nic and have been very happy with the quality and taste.

They have a 20% off sale on PG, VG and Nic through Sunday with code REGULARFOLKS if you want to try them.

Good luck to you.

It's also a good idea to keep some needle cap bottles around. You'll do a ton of testing and tweaking.

Normally, I'll get in the ballpark after the 2nd or 3rd try of mixing up a batch. Then it comes down to fine tuning. If you mix your batch in a separate bottle then it's easy to go back and add a little of this or that to the bottle. For each tweak you can use the needle cap bottle to put a few drop directly on an atty.

Also, it's a good idea to keep good records in Excel or some other type of file.
