4. In order to be really accurate, an ohmmeter needs 4 contacts; 2 which carry the test current, and 2 separate ones that measure the resulting voltage.
That is really funny to read. Many years ago I had a job repairing very expensive circuit boards and we used leads with banana plugs to patch two meters together to measure resistance with one and voltage with the other to isolate shorts. It worked very well.
