OHM meter question

So I just got my OHM meter and I had a quick question. Would the OHM be the same if measured when the wick is dry or when the wick is wet and fully saturated?

Im gonna do the test after im done vaping this tank. measured 1.3 ohms, with the kayfun full of juice

The difference in resistance would be impossible to measure.

I have noticed after vaping a tank or 2 through a new coil, the resistance change from say 2.4 to 2.5 ohm.
Never a huge change, but most likely some crud gunking the coil causing a slight change in resistance.

Correct sir.

And the reason a coil will change resistance after use doesn't really have anything to do with being gunked up, or the surface of the coil at all for that matter.
