I don't think there's anything that will have 100% positive reviews. But before buying a ohm meter like that, at least consider either the Geek Vapes 521 521 Tab by Geek Vape (probably can find a better price, but it's in the range) or the Coil Master 521 tab http://www.myvaporstore.com/Coil-Master-521-Tab-Ohm-Meter-Coil-RBA-Deck-p/clm-521.htm
which I have (that price is within about $2 of most vendors). The advantage to these is the ability to build, test, and burn all on one box. Yes, if you have a mod that will read and display ohms, you could just go with that, but if you want a stable base to work on (all my mods are pretty slim, and I worry about them tipping over while building), both are good choices. I can say the Coil Master is pretty accurate in use, and I've read good things about the Geek Vape model as well.
